Annals of PharmacotheraphyIn the December 2012 issue of The Annals of Pharmacotherapy, Dr. George Delgado and Dr. Mary L. Davenport review a series of cases in which women who took the mifepristone (RU-486) abortion pill successfully reversed its effects and saved their babies. According to the report, the mothers and babies suffered no adverse effects from the abortion pill reversal process. In four out of six cases, the women eventually delivered healthy term babies (in the remaining cases, the data is incomplete).

In 2008, Terri Palmquist of LifeSavers Ministries received her first call from a woman who desperately wanted to save her baby after taking the abortion pill. After looking for help in various places, Terri eventually spoke to Dr. Delgado, who suggested the new method which is documented in the new report. As a result, a healthy little girl was born to this woman in 2009, and she became the first of Terri’s clients whose abortion pill reversal cases were included in Dr. Delgado’s research.
